After the initial assessment, it is necessary to determine the type of plastic, possible colour range, required volume, and appropriate technology.
Not every type of waste is suitable for every product.
Sometimes the material can be used in a full sheet, sometimes only in a small component, and in some cases it is better directed into another recycling stream.
Step 4. Create a Prototype and Plan the Production Run
A prototype helps test the construction, colour, texture, fasteners, and overall usability.
After that, production can move to a larger batch, while also planning in advance how the products will be repaired and where they will go after use.
